Les achats responsables sont trop souvent abordés comme un sujet de conformité ou de sensibilisation. La Fresque des Achats Responsables adopte une approche différente : former, structurer et aider à décider, là où les arbitrages ont un réel impact économique et opérationnel.
The ISO 20400 standard sets the framework. The certified facilitators adapt it to the reality of your organisation, regardless of the sector, size or sustainability maturity.

Sustainable procurement is a team sport. Buyers, internal clients, lawyers, Sustainability experts... The workshop brings together all stakeholders around a real-life case study to learn together. An active approach is the key to embedding and sparking change!
Nothing remains theoretical. Each participant leaves with a personalised action plan and ready-to-use tools to take action the very next day.
One in two executives believes that a major business model shift within the next ten years is inevitable to ensure the viability of the company.

Step 1
An interactive introduction to understanding how each buyer's decision affects the environment, society and procurement performance.
Step 2
In groups of 4 to 6, participants choose a product or service case study. They connect the thematic cards to trace the procurement process, visualising together the implications for better-informed decisions.
Step 3
After pitching the strategy resulting from their canvas, each participant defines their action plan using a ‘ready-to-use’ sustainable buyer checklist provided at the end of the training.
Step 4
In order to sustain these commitments, a system of personalised email reminders counteracts the forgetting curve to ensure action commitments are met over time.
